Today, Adam leads Oli Property with a clear focus: empowering Australians to pay off their mortgage up to 15 years faster. He shows clients how to structure their finances to buy new property off the plan, so they can invest those years in building their wealth with confidence.
Cameron Yates
Cameron Yates is an Investment Specialist at Oli Property, where he applies over 30 years of sales, marketing, and property expertise to help clients build wealth through smart real estate choices.
Prior to joining Oli Property, Cameron held senior roles across major Melbourne property firms, leading high-performing teams and delivering results in dynamic markets.
Known for his deep market insight and personalised approach, Cameron guides investors- first-time and experienced-through tailored strategies that align with their financial goals.

As Oliver Hume’s Chief Executive Officer, Julian is responsible for the strategic and financial performance of the national Project Marketing business.
Julian delivers a blend of financial and commercial skills, gained from working in both large ASX-listed corporations and private companies, as well as in chartered accounting environments.
Chief Economist
Matt is the Chief Economist at Oliver Hume, joining the business in early 2025. Matt has spent more than 20 years analysing and researching markets, providing insights and advice to business, government, and industry on residential property market issues, investments, and opportunities across Australia.
Manager
With 17 years of experience in national and state residential research, Arash specialises in market analysis and macro- and micro-forecasting.
At Oli Property, he strengthens advisory services with evidence-based insight and builds research systems that empower investors to make informed, confident decisions.
