We refinance your principal place of residence on an interest rate that is super competitive
The refinance includes an investment loan* function that allows you to use the equity in your home to pay for your investment property deposit.

*Loans are provided through MyFirstLoan.au Pty Ltd ACN 168 808 946 (MFL) which is a credit representative (credit representative number 564038) of Allied Financial Consulting Pty Limited ACN 059 732 419 which holds Australian Credit Licence number 393845. As a credit representative, MFL is authorised to provide credit services where it is not a credit provider under any credit contract, for example, to act as a broker for loans provided by other credit providers. Loans brokered by MFL are structured and managed by Homestar Finance (which holds Australian Credit Licence 390860), which engages a professional trustee and lender to be the 'lender of record' for its loans.

  • What’s included in a Discovery Call?
    In our discovery call, we'll have a conversation about your goals and challenges, and work through some standard questions to understand what a comfortable retirement means to you. Expect the meeting to last for about an hour and to take place virtually on Teams so that we can see each other. It can be helpful if you know some key numbers like how much you owe on your current mortgage, monthly mortgage payment and interest rate and what your monthly mortgage payment is.   • Can I really afford an investment property?
    If you have owned your primary residence for more than five years and/or have at least $100,000 in equity or savings, it is highly likely you can afford to invest in property. Take our Quiz to find out quickly if an investment property is a possibility for you and your family.
